The Econo is our entry-level, professional garage flooring system. It is best suited for those who are in a short-term home, house-flippers, and those considering a DIY system, but want professional surface preparation, materials, and results.
The Econo starts with professional surface-preparation. We will diamond grind the surface with a large machine, creating a textured-profile for the coating to bond, and removing foreign materials and contamination. It only includes repair of basic cracks. This is not a good solution for floors in need of major repair.
Next we will apply a single, heavy coat of UV-tolerant materials with a light, random spread of decorative flake to provide some color and contrast. This option is only available in two colors, Tan and Gray.
