Econo - An Affordable Alternative To DIY Garage Floors

It is best suited for those who are in a short-term home, house-flippers, and those considering a DIY system, but want professional surface preparation, materials, and results. We install the Econo across Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, and the surrounding New Mexico communities.
The Econo starts with professional surface-preparation. We will diamond grind the surface with a large machine, creating a textured-profile for the coating to bond, and removing foreign materials and contamination. It only includes repair of basic cracks. This is not a good solution for floors in need of major repair.
Next we will apply a single, heavy coat of UV-tolerant materials with a light, random spread of decorative flake to provide some color and contrast. This option is only available in two colors, Tan and Gray.
