I had a sunroom concrete floor refinished and I couldn't be happier with the results! Mark was very communicative through the whole process and got the job done in 2 days! I definitely look forward to working with them on future projects!Posted on Google Donna LopezTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If you want the job done well, call 505 Garage Floors. Mark and his team are professional, punctual, reliable and knowledgeable. We just had an epoxy flake floor installed in our garage; we couldn’t be happier with the quality, responsiveness, and customer service we received during the process. Mark (and his team) take tremendous pride in their work and product – and it shows. I highly recommend this company.Posted on Google Fritz OgdenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Mark and his team. He helped me order some custom flake color to get the monochromatic look I was wanting, and did a fantastic job with the coating itself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 505 Garage Floors if you want it done right the first time.Posted on Google Scott HudspethTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From the initial contact and then coming to do an estimate, Mark, the owner of 505 Garage was personable, informative and very straightforward of the work to be done and prices for it to reseal my two car garage and my one car garage. He was very helpful in explaining the process and with picking out the right pattern and products for my specific floors. He started the sanding/grinding sooner than originally scheduled which was very helpful and it took him only 2 1/2 days to complete the entire job, which was a big one. Mark and his co-worker Joe were friendly, professional and a real pleasure to work with. The final product is amazing and they surpassed my expectations. Well done, 595 Garages!!! I would recommend Mark and 505 Garages as highly as I can. They did my 3 car garages perfect, in a quick and timely manner and were great to be around. Thanks Mark and Joe and 505 Garages. My garage floors look spectacular! Scott H.Posted on Google Andres C SalazarTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mark did a great job on my garage floor which had a coat of epoxy paint finish which had worn badly. He scraped it all off and laid down a beautiful permanent epoxy coat.Posted on Google Rick TorcassoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A real pro. Easy to work with, responsible, and excellent workmanship. Would not hesitate to use this company againPosted on Google Chad WerenkoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mark and his crew were amazing from start to finish! We used them to do an epoxy floor on our garage and I'm planning to have him back to do our patios. As a long time general contractor, I really appreciate people I can trust. I will definitely be using 505 on all my future customer projects! From the first phone call through the finish, these guys were professional. Mark even called to follow up afterwards, just to make sure we were satisfied and see if there was anything they could have done better. I've seen other coatings fail in my line of work and so much of it comes down to preparation and quality materials.. These guys use the best stuff available and they take their time to do the prep right. Thanks again!Posted on Google Vincent CheloneTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 505 Garage floors was amazing to work with. Rio Rancho sits on a broad mesa west of the Rio Grande, looking east at the Sandias and west toward the Jemez range. It is the youngest major city in New Mexico and the third largest, with a population that has more than doubled since 2000.
The origin story is stranger than most cities can claim. In the 1960s, a company called AMREP bought 55,000 acres of empty mesa and sold half-acre lots through mail-order ads in East Coast newspapers. Many buyers never visited. The ones who did found unpaved roads, no utilities, and a lot of open sky. They built the city anyway. Rio Rancho incorporated in 1981, a year after Intel opened its first fab on the mesa.
Intel is still here. Fab 9 opened in 2024 as the company’s advanced packaging hub, backed by $3.5 billion in investment and a half-billion-dollar CHIPS Act award from the federal government. When it reaches full production, it will be the largest advanced semiconductor packaging facility in the United States. The mayor has said the city and Intel have grown together from the beginning, and every time Intel expands the city adds more homes, more stores, more of what a growing community needs.
The result is a city that looks nothing like Santa Fe or Albuquerque. No adobe. No centuries of history. Just clean subdivisions, wide roads, big-sky mesa views, and a tech-economy anchor that most cities this size would kill for. On clear evenings the Sandias catch the same alpenglow they throw across Albuquerque, but from up on the mesa you see it from a different angle, looking across the valley rather than up at the peaks.
