Mark and his team did an awesome job on my old, cracked garage floor. I renovated my 1930s home inside and out but didn't do the garage floor at the time. Now my garage floor is spic and span. No more dust and stains. Thanks, Mark!

One of the best companies I have ever worked with. Perfect communication, prompt and honest. The floor dye and sealant they installed in my house is outstanding and really finished off my new house perfectly. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for the best concrete coating.

505 Garage Floors did a fantastic job on our garage floor. The floor was 35 years old showing wear and even a crack the whole way across where the main portion meets up against a raised portion. Mark filled that crack in prior to the epoxy treatment to maintain the integrity of the concrete and I could barely tell that it existed. The thorough multi-step process he used was very impressive, and the results exceeded my expectations. Truly professional! Every time we have visitors come over, they comment on how great our new garage floor looks. We highly recommend 505 Garage Floors!

Mark did an awesome job refinishing my garage floors! Floor still looks great 6 months later. Very knowledgeable about floor options, and really affordable considering the quality of the job they did.

Discover Albuquerque.

In late afternoon the Sandias turn the color the city is named for. Watermelon pink, then deeper, then the kind of red that makes you stop what you’re doing and look. The Spanish word stuck because it’s accurate. Locals just call them the mountains.

Albuquerque sits at the eastern edge of a flat river valley, 5,300 feet above sea level, hemmed in by the Sandias to the east and a row of dormant volcanoes to the west. The Rio Grande runs through the middle, lined with cottonwoods that turn gold in October. In the same month, hundreds of thousands of visitors arrive from around the world to watch hot air balloons launch at dawn over the Balloon Fiesta field. The dawn lift is silent until it isn’t, and then it’s hundreds of propane burners firing at once.

The city is older than most American cities have any right to be. Old Town’s adobe walls date to 1706. Route 66 still runs through Nob Hill, where the neon signs over Central Avenue have been there since the road was new. The breakfast burrito is a local invention. The official state question, asked at every restaurant from Old Town to the Heights, is whether you want red or green. The right answer is Christmas.

Newer Albuquerque is something else entirely. Sandia Labs and Kirtland Air Force Base anchor a research and aerospace economy on the southeast side. The Westside has filled in with master-planned subdivisions over the last two decades, and homes climb higher into the Sandia foothills every year. The city moves between very old and very new without much friction. Most people who live here grew up here, or moved once and never left.
